Book a Level 3 Building Survey when buying an Older House, Flat or Bungalow

The Level 3 Survey is the highest survey available, this premium level of service includes an extensive visual inspection of the building, its services, and grounds.

It can save thousands of pounds by revealing minor and major defects that are not easy to spot with the untrained eye and is the only service available for properties built pre-1950;

Our reports are jam packed with annotated high-definition photos, detailed explanations, and diagrams, providing invaluable insights into potential building defects, saving you time, and unnecessary stress of discovering issues only after you buy. It proves invaluable during price negotiations; where significant issues are identified before the transaction takes place, buyers can negotiate a reduced price.

At Rellim Surveyors, we believe everyone deserves a safe place to call home. While we help clients ensure their homes are fit to live in, we’re also committed to supporting those without one. That’s why we proudly support CHESS Homeless, a Chelmsford-based charity helping single adults across Essex with emergency housing and long-term support.

For every survey we complete, we donate £5 to CHESS — giving back to our community and helping more people find a place to call home. Learn more ......
