What You Can Expect:
On site your surveyor carries out basic operational tests, checking windows and doors are functional, ensuring all taps are in working order, and even verifying that toilet flush properly through the drains.
Concealed areas, typically accessible to occupants, such as roof spaces, basements, and cellars, are also inspected when deemed safe to do so.
