We will meticulously evaluate both the interior and exterior of the property, including additional structures like outhouses, garages, and conservatories.

Concealed areas normally opened or used by the occupiers are inspected if it is safe to do so (e.g. roof spaces, basements, and cellars). The report objectively describes the condition of the different elements and provides an assessment of the relative importance of the defects/problems.

​This intermediate level of service includes a visual inspection of the building, its services and grounds, this no-nonsense detailed report, features a straightforward 'traffic light' system rating the condition of the different aspects of the property highlighting problems that may require varying degrees of attention.
